There is no cost to attempting the Timewalking version of the challenge. Speak to Consigliera di Guerra Victoria once the Mage Tower is constructed to attempt the challenge. The building will be available on the weekly reset of the week the Legion Timewalking event starts and will end once the maintenance for the next week's reset starts. Unlike the original Mage Tower, the building does not need to be built, being automatically available every time the Legion Timewalking event is around.
